She has served in the Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) ministry through Coast Hills Community Church (CHCC) for the last five years, including two years as Coordinator.  She led the innovative MOPS to Moms Essentials program which incorporates bible study with the MOPS format for mothers with children of all ages, a format that MOPS International has incorporated, bringing the MOPS ministry to a new level.

She leads a children’s bible study during the school year and will be leading a women’s group at CHCC this fall.  She has been a student of Bible Study Fellowship for many years and looks forward to a teaching ministry through CHCC this fall.

Cheri lives in Laguna Niguel with her twin eight year old daughters and husband Rick.  She has raised a special needs  20-year old son who lives in Buena Park, CA.   Her twins have enjoyed the Star P.A.K. program  the last three years.  They often say  “they learn more about God in Star P.A.K. Christian Theatre with Miss Nancy and Miss Kathleen  than  they do in Sunday School!”  According to Cheri, “it is the one program that is a “must do” for children; inspiring confidence, poise, and stage presence while unleashing their creative potential  and learning respect for God and others.”  This is the program for which to save your pennies, parents!
